Compassionate guidance when you need it most During our initial consultation, we will discuss your specific situation, answer your questions about hospice eligibility and other services, explore comfort care options, and help you understand what to possibly expect. The goal is to empower you with the knowledge and support needed to make informed decisions that honor your values and priorities during this important time. If desired, we can discuss a package that can offer additional support and guidance based on your inidividual needs. Symptom management Family support & education Legacy work & planning available Each session is approx one hour Recommend scheduling multiple sessions after the initial consultation Investment $150 per two hour session
